adult Boxing

Overview​

Our adult boxing program is built around real training for real results. Whether you are stepping into the gym for the first time or returning with experience, this program is designed to push your limits, sharpen your skills, and build true boxing fundamentals. You will train like a boxer with intention, structure, and discipline in an environment that is supportive but serious about growth.​

What to expect

Each session is rooted in boxing fundamentals. Teens will work through boxing-specific conditioning, footwork, head movement, mitt work, bag work, and technique drills. They will learn how to throw punches with precision and control, how to move efficiently in the ring, and how to build a strong offensive and defensive foundation. The training also develops timing, rhythm, balance, and overall athleticism. The practices taught help build important habits, sharpen focus, and promote long-term fitness and discipline both inside and outside the gym.​

Our Approach

Boxing is a craft, and we treat it that way. We focus on discipline, consistency, and form, not shortcuts or gimmicks. Our coaches bring real experience to the floor and guide each class with attention to detail and intensity. The environment is welcoming, but the training is serious. Everyone is expected to show up ready to work, learn, and improve.

Sparring

Sparring is available but not required. For students who are ready and interested, controlled sparring is introduced gradually with a strong emphasis on safety, technique, and respect. All sparring is supervised by experienced coaches, and no one is ever pushed to spar before they are prepared. The goal is to apply skills in a live setting while continuing to build confidence and control.

Schedule

Classes are held every Monday through Friday at either 9am or 6:30 PM and run for one hour. We do not hold classes on major holidays.

Pricing

We offer different payment options and provide family discounts as well as special rates for military members and first responders. New students are welcome to schedule a free trial to see if the program is a good fit. Please contact us directly to discuss what works best for you.
